General Rules
By subscribing to the website Lindaslinkstoliterature.com (the "Site"), you accept and agree to comply with all the terms of this subscriber agreement (the "Agreement") between you and the owner and operator of the Site, Linda's Links to Literature, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company (the "Company").

The Company assumes no liability for the use of this site by any subscriber. Each subscriber uses the Site at its own risk. 

The Company may change the terms of this Agreement at any time without notice by posting the changes to the Site. You agree to accept any changes to the Agreement. The Company may change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time without notice, including the availability of any Site content. The Company may also impose limits on parts of the Site or restrict your access to some or all of the Site without notice. 

The terms of this Agreement survive the termination of your subscription and the termination of the Site or the Company.

Subscription Information
Individual Subscriptions are for personal use only.

School Subscriptions are for school personnel only. A contact person must be selected for the school. The contact person must complete the subscription form and is responsible for notifying school personnel of the Linda's Links to Literature subscription information and policies as stated here. See Specific Use for rules and restrictions.

Division/District Subscriptions are for district personnel only. A contact person must be selected for the division/district. The contact person must complete the subscription form and is responsible for notifying division/district personnel of the Linda's Links to Literature subscription information and policies as stated here. See Specific Use for rules and restrictions.

College/University Course Instructors Subscriptions are only to be used by the instructor.

 

Specific Use

The Company reserves the right to terminate your subscription, if it learns that you have provided false or misleading registration information. 

The subscriber is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her username and password. The subscriber cannot post their Linda's Links to Literature username and password to any Web page viewable by the public. The subscriber cannot share their username and password. Sharing usernames and passwords is an infringement of the terms of use policy and will result in termination of the subscription.

No part of the Linda's Links to Literature site may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise without prior written permission from Linda's Links to Literature.

Payments
The Company accepts payments from all major credit cards through PayPal. PayPal is its own company. The Company is not affiliated with PayPal and expressly disclaims any liability for the actions of PayPal. The Company is not responsible for subscribers PayPal accounts or information given to PayPal by the subscriber or other parties. Any questions regarding your PayPal account should be directed to PayPal.

The Company also accepts subscription payments by personal check, certified/cashier's check, money order, school/district check, PTA/PTO check or purchase order.


Renewals
Subscriptions will not be renewed automatically, unless payment was received through PayPal. Please see your original PayPal receipt for automatic renewal details.

Subscribers will be notified within 30 days before the expiration date.

 

Cancellation

Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time. Subscriptions must be cancelled within 24 hours of subscribing for a refund. After the 24 hour period, the subscription fee is non-refundable.

Privacy Policy

Linda’s Links to Literature maintains the privacy of personal information about our subscribers.
We will not sell or rent any personal information.

Linda’s Links to Literature reserves the right to use your email or U. S. mail addresses to communicate information regarding subscription services or specific changes to the website.

No responsibility can be assumed for the accuracy of materials found at each link as the materials were developed by third parties and not Linda’s Links to Literature. Checking the accuracy and suitability of all materials before using them with students is recommended.
